Q: I received a return transaction email notification, but it only gives me the amount and return code. How can I get the details on this transaction?

A: Within the Forte Virtual Terminal, under reporting there is a returns report you can pull that will provide you with the details for the returned transaction. If you do not have access to the Virtual Terminal or Reporting options within the Virtual Terminal, please contact Forte support services at 866-290-5400 option 1.
