ACH Limit Increase Form for Chat Agents

For merchants or partners requesting an ACH transaction limit increase, follow the tailored chat process below based on the account type.

Standard Merchant/Partner ACH Limit Increase 

  1. Acknowledge the Request
     Confirm with the merchant or partner that you understand they need an ACH limit increase and are ready to assist with the next steps.
  2. Provide the ACH Limit Increase Form Link
    Share the ACH Limit Increase Request Form for non-government accounts using the appropriate canned response, short code (LIR)

Upon completion, please attach the most recent two months bank statements for the bank account on file and email to accountchanges@forte.net or fax to 469-675-8740. Please be advised that additional documentation may be requested; i.e., most recent two years of audited financials or most recent two years of tax returns for the business.


  1. Explain the Submission Requirements
    Let the merchant/partner know they must:
    • Attach the most recent two months of bank statements for the account on file.
    • Email the completed form to accountchanges@forte.net or fax it to 469-675-8740.
  2. Inform about Additional Documentation and Approval
     Inform them that additional documents (e.g., the most recent two years of audited financials or tax returns) may be requested, and submission of the form does not guarantee approval. Confirmation will be sent to the email on file upon processing.
  3. Close the Chat
     Thank the merchant/partner for their time, confirm that their request will be prioritized accordingly, and close the chat.
