Why Are EMV Cards More Secure than Traditional Cards?

Modified on Thu, 17 Jan, 2019 at 3:32 PM

This information can be easily replicated for counterfeiters to make purchases or convert stolen card data into cash. With EMV the card chip creates a unique transaction code that cannot be replicated.
