A: You can only void a transaction when it is in a ready status. The cutoff time for ACH transactions is 6:30 PM CST. Depending on your credit card provider the cut off times can vary: Global is 8 PM and 10 PM PST, Nova (Elavon) is 9 PM PST, Vital (TSYS) is 8PM PST, First Data is 10 PM PST and Vantiv is 5 PM PST (unless set up differently).
