1. Click Merchant Application
2. Click Rate Plans
3. Click Create Rate Plan
4. Click Please Select dropdown.
5. Select Sales rep name.
6. Click Name
7. Type Name of Rate Plan
8. Fill in additional fields.
9. Click next to complete rate plan steps.
