Dex Partner Hierarchy Migration Communication

Dear Valued Partner,

We are excited to announce that you can now manage all of your Portfolios under one Dex account! You will receive a Dex invite for your new Parent Organization. This one organization level account will house all of your Portfolios (formerly ISOs) as well as the Locations under each of them.

To begin using this new consolidate Dex account you must accept the invitation within 8 days of receiving it. The invite will come from Dex@forte.net. For security purposes a new invitation must be sent if acceptance exceeds 8 days.
 
REST API Integrated Partners Only
As a CSG Forte Integrated Partner additional testing will be required to ensure API connections are preforming correctly and all necessary information is transmitted securely.

When you accept your Dex invitation and login, your account will be populated with all of your portfolios and locations. You will be able to manage rate plans within each portfolio. For instructions on how to do so, visit this link for a walkthrough.
