How to Set the Date and Time on Your V400c Plus Terminal

For your payment terminal to process transactions accurately and stay in sync with our system, the date and time must be set correctly. Incorrect settings may cause transaction errors, reporting issues, or connectivity problems. Follow the steps below to adjust the date and time on your device:


1. Access Admin Mode

  • Press and hold the 1, 5, and 9 keys simultaneously until the Admin menu appears.


2. Open Control Panel

  • Scroll through the options on the screen.

  • Select Control Panel.


3. Enter System Mode

  • Continue scrolling and select Sysmode.


4. Log in as Supervisor

  • Choose Supervisor from the list of options.

  • When prompted, enter your Supervisor password.

    • If you do not know the password, please contact our support team (details provided below).


5. Navigate to Date/Time Settings

  • From the menu, select Administration.

  • Then tap Date/Time to open the settings.


6. Set the Correct Time

  • Tap on the current time displayed on the screen.

  • Enter the correct values when prompted:

    1. Hour → press Enter

    2. Minutes → press Enter

    3. Seconds → press Enter


7. Exit and Reboot the Terminal

  • Press the red X key twice to return to the previous menu.

  • Select Exit, then choose Reboot.

  • Your terminal will restart with the updated date and time applied.
