NEW UPDATES IN DEX

We are excited to announce two new features in Dex that will enhance your experience:  - Saving templates in Transaction Download and XLSX format. - Formatting Voided, Refund/Credit, and Unfunded in Transaction Download You can find out more about these new features below.

Saving Templates in Transaction Download Customize your Transaction Download and save it as a template for future downloads. Save time with this new feature! You can also change the Transaction Download format, choosing between CSV or XLSX.

Dex Saving Templates Tutorial

Formatting Transactions in Download Now, you can optimize calculations in the reconciliation process! Refund/Credit and Unfunded transactions in the download file in Dex are formatted with a negative amount. Also, the amount for voided transactions is $0.

The fields formatted are Amount, Principal, Service Fee, and Tax Amount. Note: The way for displaying the negative amount could change according to the end user application and its settings. Click the button below for a video tutorial regarding formatting in the transaction download.
