My customer wants to pay via echeck with a credit card check. there's an error - transaction not approved

Thank you for your inquiry regarding a transaction not being approved. The transaction was declined U02 with a response description of TRN not approved meaning the routing number entered for the payment was invalid. It is recommended that the customer checks with her financial institution to ensure the routing number is correct and attempt to process the transaction again.
