43 STEPS
1 The Home module allows merchants to view their transaction volume by date range.
2 Click Transactions. The Transactions module provides merchants a quick at-a-glance view of transactions processed. A variety of filters can be used over the date range selected.
3 You can search by the Amount using a fixed amount or an amount range.
4 Click Details to see all information related to the transaction.
5 By clicking on History you can obtain the processing timeline for the transaction.
6 Click Receipt to view Biller, Ship To, Billed To, and Order Summary for the transaction.
7 Click Actions for the option of adding a transaction without having to enter the customer's checking or credit card information. You also have the option to print the transaction detail from this page.
8 Select an Action (Debit/Sale or Credit/Refund) from the drop down to the left of the payment method. After which you will enter the Subtotal and Tax, if applicable and then click Add Transaction.
9 Click on the 3 dots.
10 Here you are provided the option to Add Transaction. This will allow you to process a new transaction without having to enter the customer's banking or credit card information.

On the Funding module, merchants can view the funding data grid related to the customer transactions processed.
12 Clicking anywhere in the funding thread will allow you to open the funding transaction.
13 By clicking on the funding item on the data grid, it will open a new window to provide Funding details related to the funding. Merchants can also review the associated transactions by clicking View Related Transactions.
14 Click the drop down to select a date range or select from a predetermined range to the left of the calendar.
15 Funding can be filtered by entering the full Bank Account number.
16 Filtering by Amount will allow you to narrow the search further by entering a fixed amount or a range of amounts.
17 Click More Filters to additional filtering options.
18 By clicking the 3 dots, you can view Related Transactions to see all transactions that comprise the funding amount.
19 Merchants can view the Customers data grid and access more details by clicking on a customer.
20 When you click on a customer, Customer detail provides all relevant information associated to the customer including Payment Methods.

You can also view any Schedules the customer may have.
22 Click Addresses to see any related addresses for the customer.
23 Customer information can be updated by clicking on the 3 dots which allows you to Add a Payment Method, Delete the customer, Add a Transaction or Suspend the customer.
24 Click Schedules to see all customers who have scheduled transactions set up.
25 Click the 3 dots.
26 After clicking the 3 dots, you have the option to Suspend or Delete a schedule.

By clicking Disputes, you can view all disputes you have during the selected date range.

28 Click Organizations to view all pertinent information related to your Organization.
29 Clicking anywhere in the Organization thread will allow you access to additional Organizational data.
30 From this page, you can view the same information provided in the previous Organizational thread as well as view and manage Security options applicable to your account.
31 Click Locations to view all locations associated with the Organization ID entered. Clicking anywhere in the thread will provide additional information related to that location.
32 Click Products and Services to view all product and services you currently have on your account. You also have the ability to manage your service by clicking the edit option.
33 Click Bank Accounts to view all accounts associated with the account.
34 Clicking Controllers/Owners will provide the name(s) and percentage of ownership for every owner listed on the application.
35 Click Credentials to gain access to all credentials for the location entered. You can also regenerate credentials in this area.
36 Click Manage
37 Click Users to view all users with accessibility to the Organization.
38 Click Status to filter your search criteria. After selecting your status, click Update.
39 Click the 3 dots next to the user's name for the option to Delete the user.
40 Click Delete to delete the user or Cancel if you decide not to delete the user.
41 Click Developer and then API Credentials to see all credentials for the Organization.
42 Click Dev Docs to access our Developer Documents which will open in a new tab.
43 Dev Docs provide more information about our Product and Services as wells as an informative FAQ and Response Codes related to both ACH and Credit Card transactions.
