Forte.js - Methods 1 and 2

This solution provides ForteJS sample code for methods 1 and 2. These operate in the sandbox environment. In each coding sample, replace the api_login_id value with your own. To go live, first update the solution to refer to the live endpoint as detailed in the ForteJS integration guide: https://www.forte.net/devdocs/forte.js/forte.js.htm#step2 ; Lastly, replace the api_login_id value as set for your live merchant account.
