As part of our integration to CSG, Forte has transitioned our email addresses from forte.net to csgi.com. Merchants and partners can continue to send correspondence to forte.net email addresses and trust that it will be delivered to the intended party. This transition was completed as of June 8, 2019 as mentioned in the Forte Summer 2019 Newsletter.
As a result of this update, you may receive emails from Forte employees that come from csgi.com. We recommend adding the new domain as a safe contact to minimize the potential for emails going into a spam folder.
